What the website is not
First and foremost, Oolong Média inc. is not a broker registered with the Autorité des marchés financiers (hereinafter referred to as the “Authority”), does not offer insurance brokerage services, and does not hold any designation or authority on behalf of insurance companies or financial product providers.
Oolong Média inc. acts as an intermediary between the user and the partners and serves solely as a tool for collecting and transmitting all the information required by the partners to enable them to prepare and provide you with a tailored quote.
Furthermore, Oolong Média inc. does not provide a recommendation service to encourage doing business with one partner over another. The decision to do business with a partner following the receipt of a quote rests entirely and solely with the user. It is the user’s responsibility to carry out the appropriate verifications with the Authority to ensure the partner’s compliance, legitimacy, and right to operate, notably by consulting the registers and information made available by the Authority.
Indeed, before signing a contract with one of our partners, it is your responsibility to request to see the partner’s permit issued by the Authority and to ask the appropriate questions in order to fully understand the assessment of your needs.
Accordingly, although Oolong Média inc. makes every effort to connect users with reliable and reputable partners, Oolong Média inc. cannot guarantee their qualifications, pricing, work, or services offered. Oolong Média inc. is not responsible for any damages arising from a service agreement entered into with one of the partners in our network.

Finally, Oolong Média inc. is not a party to the contractual agreements entered into between partners and users and does not guarantee the accuracy of the offers provided by its partners. All quotes must be validated directly with the partners. Furthermore, none of the clauses set out below shall bind Oolong Média inc., its shareholders, directors, employees, agents, successors, officers, or representatives to any obligations relating to the performance of brokerage or service mandates entered into with the partners.
“Cellaris” is not affiliated in any way with Facebook Inc., whether with the website “facebook.com” or any of the services belonging to its network (including, but not limited to, “Instagram,” “Oculus VR,” and “WhatsApp”). “Cellaris” has not received any approval from Facebook Inc., nor does it intend to do so in the future.
Our “Cellaris” platform provides information that should in no way be considered as professional advice in the fields of finance, heating and air conditioning, real estate, insurance, moving services, or others. Our writers research information to the best of their ability; however, errors may still have found their way into the content.
The mission of this platform is quite simple: “we connect users who have completed our forms on the site with our partner painters, real estate brokers, life and property insurance brokers, lawyers, appraisers, and more. Our partners hold the appropriate certifications to operate as professionals in their respective fields. Our quote request forms are completely free and do not bind users in any way.”
Information to Be Provided, Its Processing, and User Acceptance
In order to provide its services, Oolong Média inc. must collect all the information necessary for partners to be able to prepare a satisfactory quote tailored to the user’s needs. Accordingly, by accepting these terms and conditions, the user agrees to provide all required personal or confidential information to Oolong Média inc. via an online form, by phone, or by email.
Oolong Média inc. reserves the right to remove any information provided by the user when it has reason to believe that such information is contrary to these terms and conditions of use or infringes upon the rights held by third parties.
Any information provided by the user may be modified or removed from Cellaris’ databases by sending an email to that effect to admin@soumissionsmaison.com. Oolong Média inc. reserves a period of 15 days from receipt of such a request to remove or modify the information covered by the request.
The user also agrees that the information entered in the quote request form may be collected, transferred, and stored by Oolong Média inc. and its partners (according to the number provided for by the service), in compliance with the provisions set out in the “Privacy Policy” section below.
The information will not be made available to third parties, other than the partners.
By including their phone number in the form and submitting it, the user agrees to be contacted by the partners or by Oolong Média inc.’s validation team, even if the user is registered on the National Do Not Call List. The user also agrees to be contacted by the partners by phone, email, or text message in order to obtain additional information necessary to prepare a quote tailored to the user’s needs or to conclude a contract. If the partners are unable to reach the user, the user understands that they will not be able to obtain quotes from those partners.
Accuracy of the Information Provided by the User
The user is at all times responsible for the accuracy and compliance of the information provided through the website. All information must therefore be valid, complete, and up to date at the time it is submitted; otherwise, the sanctions set out below in the section “Prohibited Acts and Sanctions in the Event of a Breach” may apply.
Oolong Média inc. has the right, but not the obligation, to review the information submitted by users of this website. Accordingly, Oolong Média inc. disclaims all responsibility for verifying the information provided by the user and for any effects or damages resulting from the submission or use of such information, as further detailed in the section “Oolong Média inc.’s Commitments and Limitation of Liability.”

Oolong Média Inc. cannot under any circumstances be held liable for the user’s decision to do business with one partner rather than another, nor for the consequences of such a decision, in any manner whatsoever. Accordingly, Oolong Média Inc. shall not be held liable for the products or services sold, or for any harm caused by the user or the partner.
Obligations of Users and Partners, Sanctions for Breach, and Indemnification Commitment
Partners and users of the service agree to:
- comply with all provisions of these terms and conditions
- comply with applicable laws at all times
- provide legitimate, accurate, complete, and up-to-date information
- not submit any fictitious or vexatious requests, or requests intended solely to cause harm or unnecessary loss of time
- not compromise the security, accessibility, or integrity of the website in any manner whatsoever (including malware, spam, viruses, etc.)
- not impersonate another person or company without their consent
- not infringe the rights of Oolong Média Inc. or third parties, including trademark rights, patent rights, privacy or publicity rights, copyright, etc.
- not use robots or any other electronic means to collect data

In the event that a user or a partner commits a prohibited act or, more generally, breaches any of the provisions of these terms and conditions, Oolong Média Inc. reserves the right to:
- restrict or prevent access to its website, services, and all of its platforms, without any prior notice
- initiate, without delay or prior notice, any legal proceedings or take any action necessary to put an end to the breach and obtain compensation for the resulting damages. Such compensation shall cover judicial and extrajudicial costs, verification costs, and any other expenses incurred in connection with any lawsuit, action, or proceeding relating to the foregoing
Indemnification Commitment
The user or the partners undertake to indemnify and hold harmless Oolong Média Inc., as well as its shareholders, directors, officers, employees, agents, successors, representatives, and partners, from and against any claim, demand, or legal action (including judicial and extrajudicial fees, verification costs, and any other costs and expenses incurred in connection with any lawsuit, action, or proceeding relating to the foregoing) for damages suffered or incurred, whether directly or indirectly, arising from their use of the Cellaris website, from any allegation of liability, or from any breach of their obligations under these terms and conditions.
Other Provisions
Satisfaction:
Oolong Média Inc. invites the user to complete a satisfaction survey in order to provide feedback on the service received from the partners who contacted them.
Non-Waiver:
The failure, neglect, or delay by Oolong Média Inc. to exercise any right or remedy provided under these terms and conditions shall in no circumstances be interpreted or construed as a waiver of such rights or remedies. Any such right or remedy shall remain valid and enforceable for as long as the contractual or statutory limitation period applicable to the exercise of that right or remedy has not expired.
Illegality:
If any provision of these terms of use is declared null, invalid, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such determination shall have no effect on the other provisions, which shall remain in full force and effect.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
The terms and conditions of Oolong Média Inc., and their interpretation, are governed by the laws of the Province of Québec and the applicable federal laws of Canada. The parties agree that any claim or legal proceeding, for any reason whatsoever, relating to these terms and conditions and their interpretation or application, shall be brought exclusively before the courts of the judicial district of Québec, Province of Québec, Canada, to the exclusion of any other judicial district that may otherwise have jurisdiction under the law.
